Make the ask honest. Make the response useful.
These principles keep a small opportunity board valuable as it grows.
Post real work
Describe a genuine project, the help you need, and the terms you can honestly offer. Do not misrepresent progress, compensation, authority, or access.
Respect attention and consent
Send relevant introductions, not bulk outreach. Contact information someone chooses to share is for that conversation only and must not be added to marketing lists.
No harmful or discriminatory requests
Harassment, threats, abusive or discriminatory language, fraud, illegal work, deceptive recruiting, hate, and requests that put people at unreasonable risk are not welcome.
Human review before publishing
New profiles and listings are reviewed by a human before they become public or unlock introductions. Edits to public content may return to review. Approval checks fit and obvious safety concerns; it is not identity verification or an endorsement.
Report concerns early
Members can report a listing, introduction, or private conversation and block the other person. Blocking hides that member’s content and prevents introductions or messages in either direction.
